Pursuit Fightwear Returns & Exchanges Policy

We back our gear and want you to feel good about your order. Here’s how we handle returns.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on full-priced items only.
You’ll need to cover return shipping using tracked postage.
Once your item lands back with us in original condition, we’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping).

Sale Items
All sale item purchases are final.
No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.

Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges.
If you grabbed the wrong size, just return your item following the steps above and place a fresh order in the size you need.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If something shows up faulty or damaged, return it to us for inspection.
If we confirm the fault, we’ll cover your return shipping (just keep your postage receipt) and sort you out with either a refund or replacement.

How to Return (Step by Step)

  1. 1. Contact us
    Email returns@pursuitfightweaer.com with your order number, what you’re returning, and the reason (change of mind / faulty).
    If faulty/damaged, include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  2. Wait for the green light
    We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please don’t send anything back until you hear from us.

  3. Pack it right
    Re-pack the item in original packaging (or something equally protective). Include a note with your order number and contact details.

  4. Ship with tracking
    Send the parcel via tracked postage and keep your receipt.
    1. Change of mind: you pay return shipping.
    2. Faulty confirmed later: we’ll reimburse your return shipping — keep that receipt.

  5. We inspect & process
    Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund (purchase price only for change of mind) to your original payment method. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Helpful Notes
Until it reaches us, the return parcel is your responsibility — make sure it’s tracked.
Items not in original condition (worn, washed, altered, marked, or missing tags/packaging) may be declined.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except where required by law or for confirmed faulty items).
